A good place to shop I have shopped at Big Y for 10 years. It has always been a good experience. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They carry most of the brands I like to buy. Their produce is priced higher than other stores but I've found the food to be fresher and tastier. It's nicer to shop there since the renovation and it's clean.
Big Y Foods is garbage NEVER go here. And if you do, complain. The management are a bunch of douchebags who honestly don't know how to run their store. They are a bunch of racist airheads and all they do is sit up in the breakroom filing their nails instead of dealing with issues in the store. There is this 16-year old girl there that takes her job way too seriously because she's never gonna go to college and she is just pissed that she is gonna spend the rest of her life working at a piece of crap grocery store in sh*thole ... read more
Unbelieveable service! Only if i'd never gone there! I really could not say I have ever had a horrible experience at a Supermarket until the day I ventured in to Big Y in New Milford. I don't believe we ever ask much if anything from a Supermarket when purchasing goods there with our hard earned money (We all go there to buy foods and mostly just ask where something is to leave with all kinds of stuff we didn't need). over priced they run great sales buy 1 get 2 or three free, The normal pricing is way over the other local stores. They run a clean store and the personnell are always helpful. PROS: Great sales CONS: Overpriced
Agreed, pricey I agree that this store is pricy, but sometimes they have Great sales, like buy 2 get three free. Good coupon acceptance, generally friendly staff. Clean.
I think it is little pricey I found this store more pricey than the other ones in the area. When they have sale... it is okay.. otherwise things cost more here than other supermarket.
