What an amazing group of people! Our truck broke down on our way home to Minnesota. From Demi in the service department, Alex and Sophia in the sales department,to Mark in the finance department and everyone else, their customer service was over and above excellent! They made our stressful time bearable. They made sure we had a way to get around and a nice place to stay. They worked with us to get reliable truck to get home and we couldn't be more thankful. Bought a GMC Acradia. Sales associate was very kind, friendly, kept in touch. Hopefully they will continue with the service with the recall replacement. And warranty when he calls back. The manager still ((never called me back)) I'm actually sitting in the Walmart parking lot. the car broke down. They basically told me, there's nothing they can do about it. They tamper with your vehicle when you bring it in for service. Everytime we go in for routine servicing when we pick up the car something completely unrelated is then damaged requiring us to go back and pay more money. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They seem to specialize in not putting the lug nuts back on tight enough so you lose them while driving.

I've had a lot of work done here on my truck and have had to deal with Demi multiple times when getting my truck on the schedule and she's been great at keeping me updated on my truck when it's being worked on. Highly recommend their service department
