Had too many issues to listen here. Whoever is running service dept needs to overhaul front office.
Went for regular maintenance of an oil change, thought I had made an online appointment but somehow I didn't get it saved in the right system (not unusual for me, haha). Jesse, however, managed to get my car worked in with their amazing service crew without it even taking any longer than a normal amount of time. I absolutely appreciate all of them so much, from their service technicians to their customer service (Trevor did the sign out part), they are all such amazing folks!
No parts in stock. Need more mechanics. Pleasant employees. Just more management. It would be a week or more to fix the check engine light. Will not be back.
I own a Ford. I drive it about 50,000 miles a year. It breaks often. I'm getting used to sleeping on the shoulder of the interstate in what I was told was a reliable truck when I bought it. To be fair, it's not Phil Long's fault I bought a Ford from a dealer other than Phil Long. My truck frequents various Ford dealer service departments.
