Took my car in for a standard service but a full 120,000 km service was done without my approval or any call. When I questioned it, a female staff member was very rude and initially claimed a call was made and approval was taken “as they do with all clients.” When I challenged this, she changed her statement to say the call went to voicemail, which is not true. I got my Corolla serviced here in 2019. Didn't drive it a lot that year but continued running well thanks to x1 service at Phil Kerr SC. Might've been Mark who assisted me. Friendly and assuring that the workmanship would safely get me to and from Alice Springs. Would recommend

I called to make an enquiry and was cut off mid-sentence while being corrected in a condescending tone by the lady answering the phone. The language and manner in which the call was handled were unprofessional and dismissive. We are all busy and our jobs are important, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. I did not appreciate the attitude and will be taking my business elsewhere—somewhere that values basic respect and knows how to speak with customers properly.
