I am a biased reviewer as the owner Mark and I served in the same army unit together. When in Darwin each year I often help out a mobile mechanic friend who is also ex army. Mark always fits us in at no notice to fabricate brake lines usually plus any other things we need. I have known the man for over 49 years an he is a man of integrity. My battery went flat because I accidentally left the key on. Bradley and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they jump-started my scooter. Thanks to them, I was able to get to the mechanic. Thank you all so much for your genuine kindness and support from the bottom of my heart. You really saved me!
They booked me (and some other customers) in on a public holiday, and they proceeded to close their business on that day without notifying us. Me and other customers were waiting outside in the morning, we couldn't reach them because the phone is ringing in the unattended shop. They didn't even reach out to us the next working day. Took my car in for a standard service but a full 120,000 km service was done without my approval or any call. When I questioned it, a female staff member was very rude and initially claimed a call was made and approval was taken “as they do with all clients.” When I challenged this, she changed her statement to say the call went to voicemail, which is not true.
