Max was awesome! He was quick, professional and friendly. He cleaned up and left no trace that he was even here! I really appreciated him explaining the situation and what he was doing. It's very clear that he absolutely loves his job!

Max is very professional in his work. He explained the procedure of the auger maintenance and showed me pictures before and after. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I would recommend Phil Groves Sewer Services as I've used them in the past, won't disappoint!

Their service is quick and awesome. Huge shoutout to MAX. Max not only fixed the problem but went above and beyond to assure everything is working perfectly fine and I don’t have any issues while he is gone. He came in after hours which shows his dedication and took time to resolve the issue and not only that, he went to my upstairs neighbours and asked them to run water for 5 minutes so he can do all the tests in my unit. I had Phil Groves contractors come today to check and service my sump pump. Both Nick and Chimba were great! Professional and willing to answer any question I had. I highly recommend them!
