I engaged Phil on a project. He did not respond to call, VM, or emails after we started.
Phillip and his father have ALWAYS been our favorite landscape architects, both for me and my architect parents.
I have utilized the services of Phil Graham on two occasions. The first was stellar but the second was off the charts (Excellent!). Response time to my initial inquiries was more than satisfactory. Follow up labor and design advice was analytical, insightful, most helpful. I thought I could use my internet research savvy to achieve success on my own ... but I wanted the job as close to perfect as possible - who wants to do a grounds project twice? So I reached out to Phil Graham. I could not be more pleased.
Philip accepted the project and then disappeared. He’s also taken the $600.00 deposit and fails to answer emails and phone calls. He proposed a months timeline and no progress has been made. At this point I’d be happy to just get my deposit back but I can’t get a reply. Avoid!
