Terrible service i got from this dealership. Tika is a big liar, told me something else before the deposit, when i went for the delivery, he provided me terrible service big liar. Have some dents on car, but they have not mentioned in the photos. Tika doesn’t know anything about cars. Terrible liars
We recently purchased a Lexus from this dealership and were looked after by Tika. From start to finish, Tika was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and genuinely understanding of our needs. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated his patience and attention to detail. Very wonderful experience despite the fact that the process took quite longer than expected. We were just weighing the options at the start but the sales person (Tika) did such a good job, we were convinced to make the purchase. Its been about a month and so far we are very happy with the decision we made that day. The car was in wonderful condition.
