I'm very satisfied with the car and the deal. A little annoyed that the owners manual and logbook which I was told had been mislaid and now told you never had them. Likewise second key, very expensive to replace. I've now had to pay for new ones and will have to spend more time chasing the vehicle's service history. You might want to tell Tika to tone down the hard sell and also improve his listening skills.
Great experience with Tika and his manager (Tony), who took good care of us every step of the way.
I think for people in NSW they would be a lot better but we brought interstate (we are from Rural QLD) and to be completely honest it was a bit of a shit show, couldn’t get straight answers from the salesman Tika in regards to our transport arrangements and contracts that he had organised, then we had already secured outside/personal finance for the vehicle, we waited 4 week days for the tax invoice to be sent so we could pay, apparently Michale from the finance team was the only one who could do this and he was on days off,... read more
