Very Bad experience. Not recommended at all. Loss of money, time, big headache, hastle and what not. Sales person Tika doesn't know anything, very dodgy business....hiding their catch and setback so new buyers will get trapped. Even finance guy Michael is too cringy and crybaby and they try to push it into you as if they are entitled too, despite the fact they have higher interest rate than other place. Phil was amazing throughout my experience. I purchased a 2025 used car, and he took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and was always responsive to calls and messages. His customer service really stood out. Unfortunately, I had a very different experience when trying to deal with Ali. I found it difficult to talk to over the phone.
