Extremely disappointed with Phil Gilbert Kia. My 2022 Kia Sportage, purchased new from this dealership, has developed a major fault. It is completely undrivable with heavy white smoke pouring out of the exhaust and coolant loss. Despite this being a serious warranty issue, I was told the earliest diagnostic appointment is not until 10th September. That is nearly 3 weeks just to even look at the car. In the meantime, no loan car has been offered unless I pay $66 per day, with the loan car also not available for 3 weeks. I hav... read more
