I want to write a complaint about Joe from Croydon Phil Gilbert. I contacted Croydon Phil Gilbert and Joe was the sales person who served me. It was I believe a great start in the beginning. Sent a video walk through and he was persistent about having me come in for a test drive. So I said roughly 4:30pm Monday, straight after work. I arrived at 4:50pm as there was quite some traffic . Had a terrible buying experience at Phil Gilbert GWM Croydon, picked up the new Cannon in November 2024, the sales told me the floor mat will be ready when I pick up the car, when I picked up the car, told me wait another week or 2, it’s been 3 months now but I still haven’t received the floor mat, contact them multiple times but they just keep telling me they have no idea what happened which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Avoid this dealership!
Great sales service and support. Will be returning for another car.
