If I could give Phil and his staff 10 STARS, I would. We have been with State Farm for over a decade. When we had a recent kitchen flood from a broken faucet, our former agent left us sitting in water (literally) and wouldn't return our phone calls. Phil and his staff became my agent in the middle of a claim. I didn't expect him or his staff to do anything to help with the claim since the other agent had been paid on all of our policies.
