I met with Phil twice in-person, before hiring him. We agreed on everything..or so I thought. Until time and his actions proved he was simply going to do his own thing, but with my money. Controlling and .manipulative, but in a quite way..DON'T BE FOOLED, or deceived by him. NOT A GOOD LAWYER!! He might want to return some of my money, as he legally and ethically should do. However, the BC Law Society and a small claims suit could still be done, to teach him some ethics and morals.
Becky Noble, a family law lawyer with the firm, was amazing to deal with. She clearly knows the applicable laws and went beyond what lawyers generally do in helping me resolve the situation I was in. I highly recommend her.
