Phil continually went above and beyond when it came to selling our home. Because of the timing of our move, we had to leave the state before our house sold. Phil worked alongside us in the final stages to get our house ready, and even came back several times to finish the final touches himself after we left. Two of the hardest working guys in this business!!! They are hands on when it comes to the process. I’ve seen them in crawl spaces and attics. They go above and beyond for their clients. Not to mention, they have the street smarts to negotiate the deal so that their clients are protected. Trust goes a long way in this business and I can vouch for the character of Phil and Neil.
