Have been with Phil Cunningham, State Farm for over 20 years. Unfortunately, the customer service has declined to a point where I am actively searching for a new insurance company/rep. They simply do not answer or respond.
Did not reply to email. Guess they don't need my business.
Having been an insured motorist for over 20 years, I have never felt as secure as I do with Phil Cunningham and State Farm. He and Beth deliver a level of customer service that is rarely found these days. They are both very responsive - another trait that seems less and less common in today’s society.
