Next morning in court, he said his NEW fee was $200,000k. Would not refund me my money. Filed a grievance with state bar but Phil chose "NOT TO PARTICIPATE " phil looked me up on LinkedIn and saw i was a ranch owner. He gets his colleagues to write his reviews.
