Affordable and helpful. I recently emailed one of their people regaurding insurance rates for our cars. I found out that not only are they hundreds cheaper than Nationwide for the same coverage but the people are warm and friendly, even when I ended up not being able to switch companies right away. (Unforunately we had paid up the year with Nationwide and, trust me, you NEVER want to try to get money back from those people...very nasty.)
