Great classes, instructors are awesome, highly recommend you take a class and try it out
Honestly the only program I can see myself sticking with. The instructors are absolutly incredible with keeping you motivated and they make sure to go around and push you . They tell you other ways to do the exercise which can make it harder or easier. Even though it is a class I feel like I am getting one on one. I am so happy with my progress and I couldn't of done it without Impact Strong. I highly recommend this gym.
Soyna and Alina are so supportive and motivational! They really help you accomplish your goals to becoming fit and healthy! I’ve worked harder in the past week I’ve been with them, than in the past few months!
Sonya and Alina are the best!! They’re helping me achieve the goals I want! And they make the classes fun that you forget you’re working out
