We inquired on the internet for parts for obsolete x-ray equipment that we had donated to a mission hospital in a neighbouring country. One of the suppliers who responded promptly was Josh Glas from PhiGEM Parts, Inc. From the outset he showed genuine interest in our enquiry and went to much trouble to identify our needs and source them from US suppliers. As a Medical Diagnostic Facility in the Bahamas, it is often difficult and frustrating to get quick responses and turnaround times for parts, (especially those for older systems) from suppliers in the US. PhiGEM Parts proved to be the exception to this. I made contact on Monday and had the part in my office (in the Bahamas), on Wednesday afternoon. Exceptional service and responsiveness!
