I came back to this gym only to find I wasnot welcome. They made it clear outsiders are not welcome and if you don't belong to the big club they will gather friends to remove you.

I went to this gym today for the first time with one of my friends who has had a membership for awhile and has told me good things.. so I wanted to possibly sign up for myself. She didn’t know she couldn’t bring guests until the owner Travis approached us all during our workout. I have had my membership for awhile and have always had fun working out with friends.. it was never made a problem or to be incorrect until I brought my friends with me today to workout. I understand the rules now and completely understand why they’re in place- however, there was absolutely no need for the aggression and rudeness. This will more than likely be my last time here, just out of pocket.

Got a membership at the Elwood location but never had a chance to use it. Just leaving a review to say that they were friendly, and I didn't have any problems canceling. Called the Tipton location, and they directed me to put my 24/7 tag in the Elwood drop-box, which I did. Easy. Thank you.
