Love this place, great people
Great facilities. Offers weights, cardio machines, lots of classes, cross fit, racquetball, pool, sauna and steam room. Trainers are excellent.
Its alittle too hot upstair for me. But the pool is great
we did the water mobility class and loved it we will be back...
