It was my first time in the clinic and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Mis Shu is great injector, not only gentle but also experience with good advice. I am happy I find this clinic .
I called to reschedule an appointment last minute because of an awful headache and they wanted to charge me a no show fee. This is ridiculous. I run my own business and I know that if my clients have an unforeseen situation, I will never charge them, regardless of my policy. A business that prioritizes cash flow over their clients’ experience or just life happening is not worth a single cent out of my pocket.
I visited PHI Medical Aesthetics for a cosmetic procedure by Ms. Shu (not the first time) and has been having a great experience during the procedures and has been happy with results. Ms. Shu is professional and takes time to answer all my questions. I appreciate the focus on safety and realistic expectations. The clinic atmosphere is calm and well organized. I had visited a few places before I found mine :) I recommend it 100%.
Beautiful clinic and all of the staff, especially Sarah, were so kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommended.
