Don’t have any beef in beef soup noodles
This restaurant doesn’t know to be transparent, they delayed my order by an hour by initially asking for ten mins instead of just denying that they can’t make it on time.

was disappointed with my recent experiences at Phi Coffee and Tea. I visited on a Sunday morning and want to order milk tea, but I was informed that all tea options were sold out, including milk tea and fruit tea. This was surprising for me because as tea-based drinks make up the majority of the menu, and it was still early in the day. I have also visited previously for hotpot, and had similar issues.
