I left my appointment feeling deeply disappointed and honestly quite upset. I had asked very clearly for my brows not to be over-threaded, as I’ve been growing them out for months. Unfortunately, not only were my brows thinned out and reshaped against my wishes, but my skin was also left irritated from threading and marked. I’ve been coming to Phi for months now and let me just say, there’s no one else I’d trust more with my names than Amie!! Not only is she a brilliant artist, she’s also so kind, insightful, and is always willing to do something funky with my nails. I have fun each time I’m here and in just a few months of going, my nails are stronger than they’ve ever been! Plus, the rest of the team at Phi are all so sweet - simply a must go!
