PHH is a terrible company to deal with. Our mortgage was sold to them several years ago and for the first time I wish that another company would buy it. PHH is disorganized, dishonest, and clearly unethical. Every interaction with them has been endlessly frustrating, with representatives giving conflicting information and showing a complete lack of concern for the issues caused by this. Avoid PHH if at all possible.

How do we start a class action lawsuit against PHH? They are required to provide mortgage modification assistance. All we needed was to move a couple payments. They have drug out the process for literally months. They ask for a document and schedule a meeting weeks out only to then ask for another document. We had everything in once by their deadline but THEY didn't date it until the following Monday so we had to start over. This has been months and months and is so clearly deliberate. Awful customer service. Veterans complain to the VA so this place can no longer service VA loans. 0 stars
if it was possible to leave no stars I would. I have never had such terrible customer service. I have been dealing with them for over 6 months now regarding the same issue. they state no department is reachable by phone. it has honestly been a terrible and infuriating process
