Everyone here needs to report this company to the CFPB (consumer finance protection bureau) they make sure companies like this are held accountable for their negligence. I hate this company. Their Filipino call center just tells you what you want hear and there is ZERO follow through for important matters like your tax account.
If there were a negative set of stars, this company would be in the negative. We spoke to nice people who could accomplish nothing OR set us up to believe something was moving forward only to hit us in the opposite direction. They are affecting our credit scores and (stress levels) by negligent communication within their own company. Currently have a VA Loan with this company that bought out our previous mortgage company "Benchmark" was wanting to speak with that rep and was unable to stating: "He does not need to speak with me nor is allowed to." After asking several questions regarding the VA Loan I asked to speak to him directly since he "supposedly" talks to the VA in regards to modifications to my loan and the VA itself DENIED & TURNED HIM AWAY!! PHH Mortgage is one of the most corrup and outrage mortgage company or receiver to deal with. I have two mortgages with a company name Velocity Commercial Capital Mortgage LLC they have offices through Florida and one California. In Early March of 2023 I refinance a loan with Velocity Commercial Capital Mortgage they have PHH has their receiver for the Loan is it a mightmare, I kept getting fees every month 50% over the actual monthly payment of the loan.
