Loan was bought by this company which at first I thought was no big deal. The app has a cool spot that shows recent house sales prices and was going to show a friend only to see less then 30 days after my loan transfer they are increasing my payments $200 a month and claiming that’s how much my escrow is raising.
About a year ago I got a letter stating they no longer will pay my home owners insurance and that I need to pay my insurance company on my own. Well now a year has past and wouldn't you know they paid it out of my escrow as they stated wouldn't happen. Now I have money all over the place with my insurance company, car insurance, and them. This company has no idea what they're doing. They were sent a check from my insurance company for their endorsement for repairs To be made to my house. After being on the phone with them for over an hour, they have no idea where the check is at, they documented that they got it and received it and endorsed it, but from that point, they cannot tell me where my $9,200 dollar check is at. And they act like I really don't give a shit either now that they have sold my mortgage to someone else.
Terrible customer service.
My mortgage was sold to them so I guess I’m stuck using this awful company. They charge you a fee to pay online…
