Easily the worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with. No responses to emails, no assistance when in crisis. You will only be met with harassing spam calls and absolutely zero customer service. Avoid at all costs. Trust the reviews.
My loan was sold to them in 2019. It's been very difficult ever since. I sold my house last week and still had them calling me for something that the title company is supposed to take care of! Two calls in less than 24 hours for something that has nothing to do with me is insane. Whenever you call them, they talk over you and are just a pain to deal with. No tact whatsoever. Loan was bought by this company which at first I thought was no big deal. The app has a cool spot that shows recent house sales prices and was going to show a friend only to see less then 30 days after my loan transfer they are increasing my payments $200 a month and claiming that’s how much my escrow is raising.
About a year ago I got a letter stating they no longer will pay my home owners insurance and that I need to pay my insurance company on my own. Well now a year has past and wouldn't you know they paid it out of my escrow as they stated wouldn't happen. Now I have money all over the place with my insurance company, car insurance, and them.
