I've had a frustrating experience with PHH Mortgage Services. The company has been unresponsive and extremely slow to provide important information I need to manage my loan, such as the cost of a required BPO and clear guidelines on my LTV requirement. They informed me that this information might not be available until October (original request placed in July), even though my loan is transferring to a different organization at that time. The customer service is horrible here.. Our loan got moved from Mt. Rushmore over to PHH and its been a horrible process. I just called support to ask an escrow question (I also am a mortgage lender) and the customer service rep just talked down to me the entire time. Stay away if possible. To piggy back off the other comment on this.. The exact same thing happened to us. Paperwork was delayed when we transferred servicing. We were ensured our payment would be the exact same and when we got our monthly statement, it was abou... read more

Scam of a mortgage company. They delay paperwork so you have to continue making additional payments.
