When they want your business and your money they are all over it and falsely professional. It took months and months of phone calls asking for some one to just return my call. The gutters were not installed properly, they leaked right away. It took 6 months for someone to show up. I specifically told the owner Steve where the gutters were leaking as I told everyone else that answered the phone over that 6 month period. They promptly called me back but stated they needed to come to my home and give me an estimate for services and without directly stating, told me the $60 gutter cleaning I called about probably was not an option. The owner showed up as promised and spoke with my husband. He called me later that afternoon and told me the “gutter cleaning” was labor intensive because I had covers over the gutters. I was having issues with my current gutters since water was pouring over the edges and ruining my shrubs and deck around the "canyon areas" of my roof. I called PHG and scheduled an appointment for the next day for consultation, was given price estimate quickly and scheduled for the next day...done! They were not only responsive, but also cleaned and installed LeafBlaster gutter guards at a much lower price than expected and completely solved my problem. Good people, and I highly recommend them!
