Well my personal experience of working with phenoswitch especially Hugo and Jean Phillipe to develop a label free quantification of ribosomal protein paralogs was really amazing and great. Ribosomal protein paralogs have very limited number of amino acid differences ..as limited as one...if it were not for Phenoswitch ...it wont have been possible to get such a high quality identification and quantfication of duplicated ribosomal proteins in yeast.
