Terrible customer service and overall quality of work.
Eric and his team did a great job in handling my request. This particular tree was Norway maple tree and it was a very tough tree to scale. But I was thoroughly impressed by the way the guys scale up the tree and did the job. Very professional! I highly recommend phenomenal tree services!!
I cannot speak highly enough about Eric and his team! We called on a Thursday for a tree removal and trimming of another and within 24 hours, we received a fair quote, and had the service completed! And, this particular job was fairly challenging as we are a building in Chicago and our backyard has no street or alley access, so the guys had to do everything by hand with no assistance with lifts or booms.
