Phenomenal Pool & Landscape is one of the best companies for replaster, installation of new pool equipment, concrete and French drainage install. I’ve recommended them to other investors and now hired them to install a new pool at another property.
Nice guy, (Mike), came out to our home on June 30th for a site visit, and said he will furnish an estimate in 1-2 weeks. Two weeks was yesterday. We never received any correspondences at all, and did not even acknowledge receipt of my email, (sent the same day of visit), containing all PDF Plans, Civil Engineer report, etc. I guess they're too busy, and/or our project is beyond their capabilities. We wasted our time.
Lalo and his crew are very hard working. They came in the morning and worked hard. No nonsense they worked with purpose they worked hard. When they were done with the day they picked up and left never left a mess. Lalo was easy to talk to and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work . Phenomenal Pool was a good choice!
Unfortunately, we are so disappointed to leave a 1 star review for Phenomenal Pools. We are guessing they are so busy, they are just not interested in additional work. They have a wonderful reputation for pool renovation, and we were really hoping to work with them to remodel our pool and pool deck; but after an initial prompt return phone call and very pleasant visit from Frank to our current pool situation, Phenomenal Pools has been almost impossible to connect with and never even gave us a bid. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my pool. They were professional, hardworking, and took the time to communicate with me every step of the way. The pool looks fantastic, and I’m already counting down the days until I can start swimming this summer. I would definitely recommend them.
