Unfortunately, we are so disappointed to leave a 1 star review for Phenomenal Pools. We are guessing they are so busy, they are just not interested in additional work. They have a wonderful reputation for pool renovation, and we were really hoping to work with them to remodel our pool and pool deck; but after an initial prompt return phone call and very pleasant visit from Frank to our current pool situation, Phenomenal Pools has been almost impossible to connect with and never even gave us a bid. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my pool. They were professional, hardworking, and took the time to communicate with me every step of the way. The pool looks fantastic, and I’m already counting down the days until I can start swimming this summer. I would definitely recommend them.
Absolute best pool builders Sacramento has to offer. Detail-oriented and true to their word. Wouldn't look any further, Phenomenal lives up to their name! They did my pool installation and landscape, I can't include many pictures for privacy reasons but you can see the beautiful pebble plaster finish my pool has.
Nestor and his crew did a fantastic job! Excellent quality, top-notch service. Very easy to work with and flexible with our ideas in how we wanted to make changes to upgrade the look of your outdoor space.
The team at Phenomenal Pool Plastering are the best! I recommend them to everyone. We recently purchased a house in Granite Bay. We are new here and unfamiliar with the area. The house we purchased is beautiful but has numerous problems. One major problem was the eye sore in the backyard. The ugly, strange, unkept, stained, multi colored pool.
