Phenomenal Food by Chef Holly truly delivered when it came to the food. Our tasting experience was great, everything was delicious and plentiful. We tweaked a few menu items and felt confident enough to book them as our wedding caterer. We originally worked with Mesia, who was consistently available, responsive, and very thorough. She always took the time to answer our questions and made sure notes were added to our file, which gave us confidence during the planning process. Chef Holly catered lunch for our annual company Thanksgiving of 75 people and it was nothing short of incredible. The food was delicious, especially the kale salad, and the presentation was even better. It was truly a professionally catered event and I cannot wait to work with her again. Special thanks to her coordinator as well, Bentley for all of his hard work and pre-planning to make sure everything went off without a hitch!
