I bought a 2012 Mazda around 10 thousands dollar from Goodbuymotors 3 years ago at Albany North shore. The sales lady whose name is Bella Zhang who sold this car to me and did not mention one word about this car’s problem. Until went to get wof for my car today, the mechanical told me the car’s boot panel is damaged( inside), it is look perfect from outside, then I open boot and look back down, there is a more than one meter long yellow glue stripe on the boot panel. I booked a test drive for 10am on a Sunday and received email confirmation a few days prior. Arriving at the car yard at 955am and then gate was locked. Opening time is 930am according to Google. There were a few other customers around and at 10am the gate was opened and the staff member disappeared. Myself and other customers walking around looking for assistance and nobody to be found. Scam artists that should not be in business. Will trick the elder and take their money without showing any documentation and good luck getting anything back from them. Stay away!
