I closed on the sale of my building to the new owner at the end of August in 2025. At closing Phenix thought the building had well and septic, it is on town water and sewer and they were made aware. The closing company never reached out to the town to switch over water and sewer. It is now February of 2026 and I am switching everything over myself and potentially paying more than I should have in water and sewer due to the lack of competency from this company during the closing process. Still waiting for them to pay my mortgage and home equity loan from the closing of our house! It’s been almost a week since closing! Also they were supposed to wire us our money at closing, and instead brought a check that STILL has not cleared! No money for us or my mortgage/loan companies? Did I just sell my house for free? This is absurd. DO NOT USE THEM! Check their other reviews and do your research. They have a track record for this!!!!
