I had an issue with a broken chin strap bracket and Eva-Lyn, the customer service rep dealing with my case was more than helpful. She emailed me a week or two after reported the issue and asked when I was sending it back? So I sent it in and she was very thorough with my warranty claim. She called me the day it arrived and offered a replacement free of charge and to confirm the bend I wanted ( Colorado bend) . Stopped in to see the museum and got a surprise tour of the production facility with the most amazing guide! Shelby was extremely knowledgeable and everyone we met was so kind to let us watch and ask questions while they were working. Highly recommend for anyone - but especially for those with ties to the firefighting profession!!
