I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and this is never happened to me before. I came in with a clean face and didn’t get them wet at all, and they still all fell off. She offered me half off on a new set, but I was going out of town and didn’t have time and asked for a refund and she refused. it was an $85 set and she gave me $60 back.
