My girlfriends hair was completely fried off, what was down her back beautiful black hair is now a pumpkin colored burnt dead mess. What was worse is that she wanted blue or purple and she got orange and red, with the best they could come up with was wash treatments and cutting it slowly. 3 years of growth gone because dude wanted to play his switch instead of do his job.
