Renters beware. Everything started off great but if you have any maintenance issues, don’t expect them to be fixed. My room has been over 80 degrees for a month now and management/building owner keeps saying it’s fixed but it clearly is not and they won’t do anything about it. I pay way too much rent for my room to be this hot to the point where I’m having to cancel appts due to the heat. Room is also infested with ants.
