I would like to share my experience at Phenix Salon Suites Hollywood, I go to Brows & Beyond by Jen unfortunately each time I have gone to her to relax and enjoy my services the business owner next door #106 is obnoxiously loud and not considerate that other people are trying to run a business. I was there for almost 2 hours and it was non stop laughing super loud.
