I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 on December 31st 2023 with TCUTZ. I arrived at my appointment at 1:57 p.m.. when I got there I noticed the doors were locked at Phoenix Salon. I found contact information for my appointment and use the phone number and left a voicemail. When I received no response to my voicemail I sent an email.
