Great location for a small business!! Next to the South Park Mall and a prominent Charlotte community. The Phenix Salon suites staff were always easy to work with and very friendly! Great value as well compared to other commercial properties. 🙏🏼

I’ve rented at several salon suites in the area and have been very happy here. Great location and a nice community feel with the other tenants being so friendly and welcoming. Very professional atmosphere to run my business.
