I had a very poor experience at Phenix Salon Suites in Orange Park. • My locked suite was entered without my consent and used to store company equipment. • Rent was collected through a personal Cash App account that was later shut down. • I was charged 7% sales tax on rent, even though Florida law sets a much lower rate for commercial rent (and starting October 2025, no tax at all). I got my hair done by Tia. She did a fantastic job. I could not be happier with my hair. The salon is upscale, clean, and chic. Everyone is very kind.
