Welcoming experience when I walk in!! The receptionist Doris, is very pleasant. Love her personality and everything about her. Such a sweet Women and hardworking. She really takes a lot of pride in what she does. Eleanor does my hair. Great job and very professional.

The receptionist at the Bayfront Salon leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. Rather than a warm and welcoming smile, I was met with a cold and scrutinizing stare upon arrival. This unpleasant demeanor extended to my children, ages 7 and 8, who also received unfriendly looks. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and makes for a very uncomfortable experience. If it weren't for the excellent service provided by my hairstylist, I would have no reason to return to this establishment.

You do not even deserve one star to have a women on her birthday get to you pine ridge salon and no one show s up yet they tell her she is getting special treatment and no one even provided service. She is so kind and you business is defunct and I have no problem spreathe word. It was her birthday along with in cancer treatment, she is not a complainer and this is ridiculous please contact me directly or I can call directly
