I'm a new client at Salon Prosecco in San Clemente and the lady there did such a great job, I love it! I don't know what her specialty is but the balloons in my hair style was a great touch! The salon was pretty simple (boring) and the station (or stylist's breath) wreaked so wear a no-smell mask! The only customer chair was a little tight; but the hair dresser was nice although she could hardly hear me and she's losing whatever hair she's got left.
