I booked a 1 hour 15 minute facial. Although the facial only lasted 35 minutes, it was relaxing and the girl was nice. The facial was extremely basic, and she did not do what was advertised, but none the less it was relaxing and I tried to be positive about it. Earth tech spa is a scam. I came to this salon because they advertised a great deal for a facial, and I was honestly looking for a new place closer to home. At the beginning, I even explained that I was hoping to become a regular client if everything went well. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing and honestly concerning. I recently started coming to Phenix Salon because my service provider relocated here, and unfortunately, I haven’t been impressed with this location. When you walk in, there’s a front desk area that gives the impression someone will greet or assist you, but it’s always unattended and seems to serve no real purpose. There is a TV that displays suite numbers and providers, but it updates so slowly that it’s quicker to wander the halls trying to find where you need to go. I had an appointment for a facial at the phoenix salon and everything about the appointment was amazing even the guy afterwards trying to sell me a red light device was very nice and informative! I have nothing bad to say about earth tech within the phenix.. my problem was afterwards while I was discussing the device with the guy my boyfriend had come to pick me up and I was taking longer than expected so he was patiently waiting by the front doors.
