Service has just gotten really bad over time - I won’t be using this provider again. Maybe the doctors need admin help because the service is slow and communication is terrible.

5 hour wait for a call. 1 hour later still waiting for the script which is a repeat. Expensive service with low level customer service. Flippant communication with replies like “getting to you asap” … 5 hours later…..

I am not sure if they are Australian doctors in Australia. She could not help me in any way. Plus, they all sound like foreigners. Took my payment though. I would say it is a scam UPDATE: RESPONSE on their comment: Australian means nationality that you get with being a citizen. To work as a doctor in Australia you need to have either citizenship or appropriate Visa. I contacted them as an Australian citizen wanting to use my health care that I have as citizen. Terrible service from that so called doctor! Was expecting a call at 8, then saw the booking coming for 8:30 to only get a text at 8:40 - from that time till 10:30 been on text with that doc to try get him/her to understand what my issue was and got upset when I requested clarifications on the prescription! He even asked me what medication I wanted instead on being the doctor and properly diagnosing me. You send a message and wait for 20-30mins for a one liner reply. Not recommended at all!! Terrible service!!

Terrible experience, made a booking, received an email to advise what would happen, but then, had three calls and six SMS's the day prior from a number that wasn't how the email stated. Ended up cancelling the booking the day before. But, now they say it will take up to five days to refund from PAYPAL. Imagine if we all took five days to pay them, yes I know, but everything about this booking appeared dodgy. I would not recommend to anyone!!
