I am not sure if they are Australian doctors in Australia. She could not help me in any way. Plus, they all sound like foreigners. Took my payment though. Terrible experience, made a booking, received an email to advise what would happen, but then, had three calls and six SMS's the day prior from a number that wasn't how the email stated. Ended up cancelling the booking the day before. But, now they say it will take up to five days to refund from PAYPAL. Imagine if we all took five days to pay them, yes I know, but everything about this booking appeared dodgy. I would not recommend to anyone!!
Ive been informed that this place alows other people to get medical cannibis in your name! Which has caused me to get flagged from the best one acacia medical. And i know it was phenix health in newstead beacuse acacia medical told me.
I found this to be a great doctor's , easy to get appointments and the doctors call on time very satisfied
Had to pay a large fee and bulk bill seemed odd. Then found this..October 2022 ABC "Documents show one of the country’s largest telehealth companies, Phenix Health, has bulk billed some patients at the same time as charging them a fee, a practise that is illegal under the Health Insurance Act. The legal method for doctors who do not bulk bill is to charge the patient, who then receives a rebate from Medicare".. (Google is your friend) Don't contribute to the problem.
