Someone stole over $3000.00 out of my account and this wasn’t the first time it happened several times and after awhile they wouldn’t give me a debit card even though it wasn’t my fault
Absolutely the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of banking with. I've been banking here since I was a child, never had any issues with them declining an online transaction in the past. All of the sudden, any time I try to use my card online, bank has declined transaction. No big. Call em up, get transferred 3 times, finally, the rudest woman I've ever spoken to picks up, and tells me "it's just how our security algorithm works."
