Edit. The owner’s wife Mrs. M has gone above and beyond to resolve this issue. She has maid mainly calls with insurance and to myself, figuring out what went wrong and explaining everything. She is very dedicated to her customers. she is kind heart. Understood my frustration with her receptionist demeaning behaviors every-time I interacted with her. Dr. Mehra and his staff are beyond amazing. They are friendly, compassionate, and extremely professional. Dr Mehra is down to earth, very knowledgeable, friendly, and takes his time explaining every step of your visit and is happy to answer any questions (and I usually have several) that you may have. I feel at ease and well taken care of during every visit and highly recommend this office!
