Workers are great, work is actually good also. Mel is a horrible business man and if you ever use Phenix get all estimates in writing have a contract! not doing so and going on his word cost me an additional $6000! Mel forgot to tell us his bid, which we both agreed to prior to the job starting didn't include his 20% profit until the job was done. Mel did say he was sorry he forgot to tell us so I guess it's ok? Unbelievable!!!!
