As someone who has previously recommended this place to friends from my experiences on smaller jobs I’ve had to completely change that position after my most recent experience. I dropped my barge for a dock building company off on august 28th for some minor repairs. Discussed an exact plan with Phelps and was told it’d be ready in 4-5 days, “tops”.
