Established in 2011. LouAnne Phelps originally established this business as LA Tax in 1992. She owned and operated LA Tax until 2004 when she re-branded as Phelps Tax and Accounting. With the addition of her son, Ryan, to the staff she underwent yet another re-branding to Phelps Tax and Financial Services, Inc.

We have been going to Phelps for 4 years now, and they have been great; very professional. We've had no problems with them.
Very rude service! Stating my former employer does not need to send my w2 until February 15th. Really? No, that's when I send a form reporting that I did not receive my W2 by February 2 by law!
